French FANcies

Description:

Plum flower blocks are made with fabric from France. Thus the red white and blue colors and the sashing done in the tricolor which is the French flag. Decided to add a lace fan border and changed the name from fancies to FANcies. All applique plum blossoms and each fan is stitched by hand.
